I have grown up and lived in Toronto my entire life so I know this city very well. I have always held an interest in residential real estate and as a runner, I spend countless hours running around the various neighbourhoods Toronto has to offer its residents. I can honestly say I take significant pride in being gifted the opportunity to live in one of the world’s greatest cities. I have held my real estate license concurrently for close to 10 years while working in the financial sector developing relationships on behalf of asset managers and marketing financial products. At the beginning of 2018 I left finance to pursue a full-time career in real estate, my true life passion (along with running!).
The key to every successful real estate transaction is clear communication and understanding between the agent and their client. I truly enjoy getting to know new people and take great honour in having those individuals place their trust in me to help them with their real estate needs.
The approach I take with each client is consistent and honest. I am transparent and will make myself available to you on a dimes notice. I have a solid understanding of the current marketplace and know that one must be efficient and agile to close a deal.
Education is an ongoing adventure in life and I enjoy teaching. There is so much we can learn from one another, so part of my approach is to educate my clients about the current market they are entering and what they can possibly expect out of it. It is with this clear understanding that the client will have a much better experience buying or selling their home.
Real estate is nothing more than pure relationship management. Yes, I know the real estate market well but it is the people and their perspective that creates the momentum we hear and read about in the news.
